Hi!

We are Citrus Street - the brain child of my wife, Chelsey Bauer and me. Hellloo, that’s me Jenna Bauer! If you have gotten even this far, please allow me to tell you a bit about ourselves...

We are two Florida born natives currently living in Orlando. Chelsey is fourth generation Tampa Native and I was born at Winnie Palmer, living most of my life on the outskirts of Atlanta. We both grew up as typical 90’s kids - Birthday parties filled with kids at the roller rink, or bowling alley, or laser tag. Scrapping up our knees outside until the lights told us to return home. Drinking out of someone’s luke warm (at best) hose. Playing any and every sport we could; softball, lacrosse, basketball, soccer, wall ball, wiffle ball, street hockey & football. Skimming boarding at the beach in between rounds of beach volleyball. Mountain biking or hiking in swampy mangroves on the weekends. Swimming in lakes that probably… most definitely…absolutely were filled with gators….psh no biggie! Of course you can’t forget about allllllll the weekends filled going to sports tournaments! Running all day long playing three to four back-to-back games with mayyyybe a small break in between.

I can taste my favorite treat just recalling all these memories! That cold, wonderfully sweet, and refreshing treat - shave ice! My favorite was the classic rainbow! Cherry red, banana yellow (or lemon! lemon is good too!), with that tongue dying blue?? Yes please! I know you’re now wondering what Chelsey’s was, drum roll please… green apple! Whhaattt… I know, that was my reaction too. Moving on, through out our childhoods whenever we could recall a favorite past time or casual weekend they were always, always accompanied by this snowy treat. Which lead us to the question:

Well, like most things in our life, we decided to take matters into our own hands. To bring back the nostalgia we craved so dearly but also in true Chelsey and Jenna fashion, we added our own panache.
